Nutrition Adapt provides general nutrition and habit-tracking suggestions generated with the help of artificial intelligence. It is an educational and organizational tool.
Nothing in the app is medical, dietetic or nutritional advice, and it does not create a doctor–patient or dietitian–client relationship. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, a history of disordered eating, take medication, or have any allergy.
We do not check meals, recipes, grocery lists, photos or estimates for allergens or ingredients, and we may get things wrong. All plans, recipes, swaps, estimates and tips are suggestions only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrition Adapt is not responsible for any reaction, illness, injury or loss resulting from food you chose to eat.
Calorie, macro, readiness and target numbers are estimates based on the information you give us and on general formulas. They may be inaccurate. Photo and voice logging are approximate. You can edit any number.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of photo estimates; you may buy additional photo packs. Prices and allowances may change with notice. Refunds are handled as described at checkout and as required by law.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or share your account.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Questions: use the Request a feature / message form in the app.
