• Usage information: when you open the app, streaks, reminder settings.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To create and adapt your plan, estimate calories and macros, send the reminders you turn on, run your account, and improve the service. Meal photos and text you submit may be sent to our AI provider to generate estimates and plans.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal or health information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the app on our behalf (hosting, database, payments, email, AI processing), under agreements that limit their use of your data, and when required by law.

Your choices

• Turn reminders on or off at any time.
• Edit or delete any logged meal.
• Ask us to export or delete your account and data.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited time afterward unless the law requires longer.

Children

The app is not for people under 18.
